Health - maturitní otázka

Jak miluju angličtinu (jazyky obecně) a psaní, tak nenávidím tohle debilní psaní / mluvení o ničem. Vážně nevim, co tam budu těch 5 minut kecat a neříkejte mi, že těch 5 minut je málo, mně by stačily 3! :D A ještě k tomu tohle téma, já, člověk, co se dopuje denně čokoládou a kafem a jeho nejoblíbenější jídlo je pečená kachna s houskovým knedlíkem a zelím, má kecat něco o zdravým životním stylu... Ještěže mamka na tom trochu ujíždí a je ochotná mi toho nadiktovat víc, než dokážu přeložit.


Health is the most precious thing in our life, that’s why we wish plenty of it to our friends and relatives on their birthdays and name days. But we have to also show some effort to stay fit for a long time.

First we should pay attention to what we eat. Fried food like hamburgers or chips won’t certainly do any good to our stomach. Our meals should be light and nutritious. Specialists recommend fruit for breakfast, because it contains a lot of vitamins and glucose which give us energy for the whole day. On the other hand fruit won’t make us satiated so we should add some wholemeal bread with honey, ham or cheese. For lunch there are more alternatives: pasta salad, chicken with rice, fish with potatoes, it’s up to us. We should eat regularly, 4 or 5 times a day smaller portions. The dinner should be very light, we can even skip it. The best option is to have some vegetable, which contains plenty of water. Speaking of water, optimal amount is about 2 or 3 liters a day. The best is still water without any flavour. We should definitely avoid coffee, because it causes dehydration, and alcohol which dehydrates too, and it’s caloric.

Most of the people don’t eat properly, they go to fast-foods, eat late at night, all of this bad habits cause one of the most discussed problem in current society - the obesity. It’s an illness when people put on weight so much that their health is in danger, they have physical disabilities, they might have a heart attack etc. When the case is too serious, doctors send the patient on gastric banding surgery. It makes the stomach smaller and then it’s easier to lose some weight.

Unfortunately, healthy diet is only the first step to remain fit. The second one is about exercising. We need the movement or we will suffer from back-ache, we’ll become hunched or we can have difficulties with breathing. These days it’s typical for us to sit, we sit at school, in front of the TV or computer, on which we work or surf the Internet. The least we can do is to go for a short walk every day. More effective is to do some sport regularly. Mostly for women in these days yoga is very attractive, it’s more than just physical exercise, it also lifts up the spirit and it’s sort of a life style. The problem with almost every sport is that your joints get hurt all the time. This you can avoid by going swimming. It’s totally harmless, you can’t break anything, your joints are safe, the only danger is that you might drown, but it’s really improbable in pool where at least one lifeguard looks after you.

When you decide to go on a trip be sure of having a first aid kit with you. It’s a duty to have one in your car but it can be useful even at other places. At least you should take some plasters, bandages and disinfection in case you fall and bleed.

  1. No, tak ráda bych si to přečetla viď, ale z půlky tomu nerozumím. Promiň, ale po prvním odstavci jsem to vzdala. Chci ti jen popřát hodně štěstí :)
